I had already had a passion for natural health all my life, curious about natural remedies, natural products, medicinal plants, healing stones and a lifestyle that involved wellness such as healthy eating, medicinal teas and practising Yoga and mindfulness.

I made the decision to change careers in 2012 from being a busy territory sales manager for a large company, following my passion for a career in natural health and wellness. I felt the need to help others with this remarkable ancient healing modality. I completed my studies in 2015 graduating with a Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Markham, Ontario.  

I began my career as an Acupuncturist running a general practice living in Halifax, Nova Scotia in March of 2016.  I worked within various multi-disciplinary clinics as part of a team of health professionals, such as Chiropractic, Sports and Wellness, Aesthetic Laser clinic and a university-based medical clinic.

I returned to my hometown Peterborough in late 2019 and set up a home-based clinic along with joining a team of professionals at two local multidisciplinary clinics.
